Honest Mac Repair Pricing
We publish real ranges, quote in writing, and never start work without your sign-off. The price you approve is the price you pay — parts and labor both included, and every repair carries the 90-day warranty.

How It Works
What every quote includes
Free diagnostic
A real bench evaluation by a technician, not a phone guess. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Written quote, your approval
The full price in writing before any work begins. No work starts — and nothing is billed — until you say yes.
90-day warranty
Parts and labor, on every repair. If the same fault returns within 90 days, we fix it again at no charge.
No repair, no charge
If we can't fix it — or you decide not to proceed — you pay nothing beyond the free diagnostic.
Honest turnaround
Same-day completion when parts are in stock; realistic dates when they're not — stated in your quote.
Free second opinion
Bring us any competing quote. We'll tell you honestly whether it's fair — including when the answer is yes.
Pricing FAQ
Fair questions, straight answers
Why do you publish ranges instead of exact prices?
Because your exact model and the current part market set the real number — and we'd rather be accurate than sound precise. The free diagnostic pins it down, and your written quote is firm before any work starts.
Do you charge a deposit?
For most repairs, no — you approve the written quote and pay at pickup. Special-order parts occasionally require a deposit; it's always shown in your quote and refunded if we can't complete the repair.
What if you can't fix my Mac?
You pay nothing beyond the free diagnostic. If a repair isn't economical or possible, we'll say so and — where relevant — quote data recovery or replacement options instead.
Will you match a lower quote from another shop?
We don't do gimmick matching, but we do free second opinions. Bring the other quote in — if it's fair, we'll tell you; if we can do it better or cheaper, we'll show you exactly how.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and all major cards. Business accounts can be invoiced with prior arrangement.
