macOS Support & Tune-Ups
Not every problem is hardware. Slow Macs, failed updates, startup crashes, and general “weird behavior” are usually software — and they’re fixable in an afternoon.
Does this sound like your Mac?
- Stuck on the Apple logo or progress bar at startup
- Gradually slowed to a crawl over the years
- Constant spinning beach balls
- Pop-ups, browser redirects, or fake “virus detected” warnings
- Updates that fail or freeze midway
- New Mac setup or migration feeling overwhelming
- iCloud, Apple ID, or mail accounts misbehaving
What we do
We run a full software diagnostic — free — then do whatever the machine actually needs: a tune-up, a clean macOS install that preserves your data, malware and adware removal, or a careful version upgrade. We also set up Time Machine backups and migrate you to a new Mac when you’re ready.
Before any software work, we check the hardware: a failing drive imitates a slow system better than any virus.
Same day, usuallyMost software services are finished the day you bring the machine in — and the diagnostic is always free.

macOS support FAQ
What should I bring?
The Mac and its charger. If we’re working with your accounts, your Apple ID password is helpful — or we can walk you through entering it yourself at pickup, if you’d rather not share it.
Will I lose my data?
Clean installs and upgrades are done with your data preserved, and we recommend — or set up — a backup before anything that touches the disk. We always tell you the risk level before starting.
How do I know it’s software and not hardware?
That’s exactly what the free diagnostic answers: we check the drive, memory, and thermals before touching software.
